    BARBEQUE and CRACKLINGS

    Good day I rather enjoyed the BBQ nice kick to them. The Crackling which I had purchased before and very much enjoyed, were not the same experience this time. They seemed to require more cook time, they were kind of wet with fat on one side. I have actually been putting them in the oven to correct this.
