    Louis Pasture White Cheddar Pork Crisps are delicious. My expectations were low. I tried them, hoping cheese would mask the taste of lard. What I discovered was the perfect snack, appropriately called crisps, bite-size, crunchy, cheesy, airy, lovely, and low carb. They were a breakthrough for me. Now I am a regular customer.
